This one isn't so incredibly tough, but it's a nice lateral thinking exercise:
A man lives on the 10th floor of an apartment complex. Every day he takes the elevator to the first floor to go to work. But when he comes home in the afternoon, he only takes the elevator up to the seventh floor, and walks the remaining three flights. Why?

Is he a middget and he cant reach his button? I guess thats stupid though because even if he was a midget he is not stupid and would just bring a stick or something to push the button with.
