A man dressed in a suit dies in a room. He sustains no injuries apart from a small cut on his shoulder, and although many people pass by, the body is never discovered.
the man was a butcher and he was practicing his juggling knife act when one of the knives punctured him in the shoulder severing one of his major arteries. (you know the one that Spock use the Vulcan grip) he tried to craw to the window for help but at last he lay to close to the window were onlookers could not see him. there he lays dead!
So it was a scuba suit. Still working on the shoulder cut/room bit...perhaps he was an undersea explorer excavating a sunken ship, something cuts his suit, he loses oxygen and dies.
