Our first overseas artbook, "Home", comes from Kyoto, Japan!
Amy explains:
"As an Australian living in Japan, the concept of 'home' has become a large part of my consciousness. What I miss about home, what I associate with my old life, and the things, people and places here in Japan that have come to represent a new feeling of home. Familiarity, new experiences, loss, learning and love.
Like those wise old folks say, Home isn't a place. Home is where your heart is.
P.S. My ad for this project was published in August's Kansai Scene, a widely circulated English magazine geared towards foreigners living in the Kansai area. It's been out for a few days and I've already had a few replies, so hopefully we'll see this list filling up soon :3"
